PonyUp for Good utilises Blancco erasure systems
Blancco has been tested, certified, approved or recommended by 18 national and international governing bodies. No other security firm can boast this level of compliance with the most rigorous requirements set by government agencies, legal authorities and independent testing laboratories.
Blancco data erasure software erases to 22 different standards
Blancco mobile diagnostics solution includes 52 automated tests to find errors on all Android and iOS mobile devices
PonyUp’s operations partners also offer Aiken Workbench software for data sanitisation. Aiken Workbench generates a certificate containing the serial number and model of the device, the erase method used and the erasure timestamp.
This signature is stored as an encrypted object in the MySQL database and cannot be meaningfully altered by other means.
Aiken meets the Australian Government standards and US Department of Commerce National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) . Aiken Workbench also carries Adisa security certification.
Any drive, which does not successfully pass data sanitisation and all other recycling will be processed by our ISO14001 and AS NZ 5377 accredited partners.
PonyUp also partners with two co-regulatory arrangements under the NTCRS to ensure that recycling is undertaken by ISO14001 and
AS NZ 5377 accredited recyclers and our recycling weight totals contribute to the National program data.
Asset registers
Full Asset Registers can be provided for collections upon request. These will show each asset by serial number, with confirmation of Data Sanitisation in addition to your Data Destruction Certificates. Asset Registers are a handy go to for Asset Tracking and removing old assets from your financial records.
