How does it work ?

Simply fill out the enquiry form & PonyUp for Good will be in touch to discuss the most effective option for your collection & security needs and provide a quote. PonyUp for Good works on a ‘reuse first policy’ for the most environmental outcome. Anything which cannot be reused will be recycled by one of our highly accredited recycling partners.

What type of IT Assets can I donate to PonyUp?

PonyUp for Good can partner with you to reuse or recycle IT assets including desktops, laptops, monitors, routers, switches & servers, POS equipment and a whole lot more. If you have equipment outside of this list, feel free to reach out and we will let you know whether we can assist. PonyUp can also support you in the recycling of your e-waste including. mice, cables and keyboards etc.

How much does it cost?

Our ‘reuse first policy’ means we work to find an alternate business to reuse your unwanted devices. Where there is sufficient value in the equipment for us to absorb the logistics and any associated risk mitigation and data destruction costs, we are able to provide a cost neutral solution - meaning it will cost you nothing. However if there is no reuse potential or insufficient value in the equipment PonyUp would provide an obligation free quote for logistics, recycling and any decommissioning or data destruction costs (if required), to help ensure the most environmental outcome for the equipment.

What about our data security?

PonyUp for Good provides the highest levels of data security and data destruction services and works with clients to define a security profile to meet your organisations unique requirements. PonyUp partners with some of Australia’s biggest businesses including the health and medical industry and Government Departments. Your data security is our highest priority.

How does the partnership feed people in need?

PonyUp for Good is an accredited and award winning Social Enterprise & Engagement Agency who donates 50% of profits to food rescue superheroes, SecondBite. We raise funds for donation by re-marketing decommissioned IT equipment, extending its valuable life and the resources within. So far, we have donated more than 650,000 meals for vulnerable folk across the country via the amazing work of SecondBite!
